I’m battling PMS, seasonal melancholy and a irritating week at work which is like taking part in sugar-free on Skilled mode. However I’m hanging in there. A good friend taught me the trick of slicing candy potatoes and “toasting” them in a toaster oven or the broiler. I then slather some (pure, sugar-free) peanut butter on prime. This goes a good distance towards stabilizing my blood sugar. However oh how the complications have hit right this moment. ☹️
